Arthur D. Little

Research Analyst — summer internship

At Arthur D. Little in Prague I worked as a research analyst on a strategy engagement for a large Eastern European utility. I performed statistical analysis of financial data and company assets as input into a capital-investment strategy. A second workstream assessed opportunities for expansion into new business sectors. The project required structuring financial information, comparing investment options and translating data into decision material for the client's broader strategy. The engagement was confidential, so I do not publicly identify the client.

Capital-investment strategy

I analysed financial data and company assets for a major Eastern European utility as input into a capital-investment strategy. The work involved structuring financial information and preparing analytical material for the prioritisation of investments.

New sectors

A second workstream assessed opportunities to expand into new business sectors. The analysis combined financial and economic information with the wider strategic logic of the utility.
